COVRSPORT is truly a unique product in that it has a $0 deductible and provides up to $5,000 worth of benefits for things that health insurance might not pay. If your child is injured in a covered sports activity, then you are COVR'd.
What happens when I need to file a COVRSPORT claim?
Filing a claim with COVRSPORT is very easy. You can find the full process at https://www.covrsport.com/fileclaim. Simply download the claim form, fill it out with the necessary information, and send to Arch Insurance for processing. Arch will handle all necessary reimbursements.

COVRSPORT is a seasonal policy and is good up to 6 months.
